Wintringham Housing is a not-for-profit Housing Association dedicated to providing safe and affordable housing to elderly men and women who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.

Wintringham Housing was established in 2008 and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Wintringham. In 2009, it became a registered Housing Association with the Victorian State Government. Wintringham Housing provides housing into which Wintringham places appropriate levels of (primarily) Commonwealth funded aged care services and support. Wintringham Housing partners with Wintringham to provide an extensive range of safe, secure and affordable housing and care options which allow people to exercise control over their lives and maintain their chosen lifestyle.

The eight Alexander Miller Memorial Homes at 76-80 Church St, Benalla, have been replaced by ten one-bedroom units. The new units have been built to the highest aesthetic and design standards, ensuring that universal access and environmental sustainability are given priority.

In partnership with the Victorian Government's Office of Housing Strategy for Growth, Wintringham Housing will ensure that Alexander Miller's legacy continues to feature in the landscape of Benalla.

The redeveloped units were completed and re-occupied in April 2012.
