The Dispute Settlement Centre of Victoria (DSCV) is a service provided by the Victorian Department of Justice. DSCV provides Victorians with a range of free, confidential dispute resolution services. Using DSCV services to resolve your dispute is a cheaper and simpler alternative to taking civil disputes through the courts.
DSCV offers statewide services.
DSCV can help resolve all sorts of disputes - common neighbourhood disputes - trees, fences, animals, noise and drainage - difficult or anti-social behaviour, workplace disputes, disputes within committees, clubs or Incorporated Associations and matters referred to mediation by a Magistrate.
