Disability Support

Goulburn Ovens TAFE is committed to ensuring that all students with disabilities have access and participation in educational opportunities that are available, including students who have injuries or chronic medical conditions that are either temporary or permanent.
Students may require assistance due to:

• Physical disability
• Mental illness
• Learning disability
• Intellectual disability
• Vision impairment
• Chronic illness or medical condition
• Speech/communication impairment
• Hearing impairment/Deafness

To assist in enabling an environment for students to fulfil their potential, Goulburn Ovens Institute of TAFE has developed a Disability Action Plan. This has been lodged with the Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission (HREOC) and Skills Victoria and can be found at:
