Centre Against Violence is made up of 2 teams. The Sexual Assault team and the Family Violence team.
The Family Violence team offers counselling in Benalla, Wangaratta and Myrtleford.
Our operating hours are Monday-Friday 9-5pm.

The Family Violence Service is a free and confidential service for women and children experiencing Family Violence and offers information and support, refuge, crisis care, counselling and advocacy support.

There are many forms of abuse including the following: emotional, physical, sexual, psychological and financial abuse.

The crisis care service is available 24 hours a day all year round in partnership with Victoria Police and the Women's Domestic Violence Crisis Service - our state wide service in Victoria.

If you require emergency assistance when our office is closed please ring the Police on 000, or the Women's Domestic Violence Service on 1800 015 188.
